Google Adsense is coming to mobile sites

This is just a quick note to mention that Google has recently rolled out a Beta of a mobile version of Adsense, the popular ad serving program that generates revenue for site owners based on the number of clicks to ads hosted.

There doesn’t appear to be anything terribly different about the mobile version of Adsense. Essentially the program will allow people who run mobile browser specific web pages to host contextual advertising and hence generate some income based on traffic.

The Beta is confined to a few lucky invites at present but hopefully the finished service should be available soon. Good news for mobile web developers and a big step towards growing online mobile content.
